The treatment involves the placing of hands on or just above a client's body. Clients are fully clothed and can be seated or lying on a reiki table.

A zoom link is provided when a booking is made.
At the beginning of the session we take time to connect and say hello. Information is shared about the reason for the appointment. I invite the client to find a quiet space to sit and relax. When the work begins we turn off our videos. At the end of the session we re-connect and share experiences.
