Japanese acupressure, bodywork and energy healing
Offering a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, working with the physical body and the energy body to restore balance, ease tension and support the body's natural capacity for healing.Â
The term Aloka Kaya is of Sanskrit origin and may be interpreted as radiant body. Aloka signifies light or clarity - light from the sun, moon, fire, or the light of knowledge. Kaya refers to body, encompassing the material body (earth, water, air and fire), and the more subtle mental and energetic aspects of our being.
In my healing practice I work at the level of the energy body to bring about change in the physical and mental body.
